Norevix returns and 90-day warranty: what to confirm

A return request and a warranty enquiry answer different problems. Before ordering or testing a new bag, read the current refund policy and the terms supplied with your purchase. This guide explains the checked information; it does not create extra coverage or replace applicable consumer rights.

What the current return policy says

The checked policy allows a return request within 30 days after receipt. Eligibility requires the item to be unused or unworn, in its received condition and original packaging, with tags where applicable and proof of purchase.

Eligible damaged, defective or incorrect-item claims have return shipping covered. Customer-choice returns, including a wrong-size choice, have customer-paid return shipping. Get approval and the return instructions before sending anything back.

Sale items follow the purchase-time terms; final-sale status matters. Refund approval follows inspection. See the current policy for exclusions, processing times, shipping-charge treatment and any destination-specific rights.

What is known about the 90-day warranty?

The product listing advertises a 90-day limited warranty. The checked material does not establish a complete warranty procedure, its start date or detailed coverage and exclusions. Ask support for those terms before relying on coverage for a particular problem.

A zipper fault, loose seam, damaged strap or coating change needs assessment. We cannot determine coverage from a general symptom or invent exclusions for wear, cutting damage or other events. A feature such as steel-cable strap reinforcement also does not establish reimbursement for theft or other losses.

What to send when asking for help

  1. Use the contact route in the current policy or contact page.
  2. Include the order number, receipt date and when you first noticed the issue.
  3. Attach a photo of the whole bag and close-ups of the affected part. Explain what happened without assuming the cause.
  4. Ask whether the request is a return, a warranty assessment or another support case, who pays any shipping, and what to do next.

Before a size or packing trial

Read the eligibility conditions before removing tags, using the bag outside or applying a cleaner or coating. Ask support how to inspect fit while preserving the applicable return conditions. The Regular versus Large guide separates published exterior size from unverified complete-load fit.
